Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Venture mobile application operated by Venture.
By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the app. To access Party mode, which includes drinking-related tasks and adult content, you must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
We collect your date of birth at signup to determine your eligibility for age-restricted features. Users under 21 may use the app fully, with the exception of Party mode and any drinking-related tasks or content, which are restricted to users who have verified they are 21 or older. By providing your date of birth, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where age misrepresentation is discovered.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VENTURE, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LEGAL CONSEQUENCE, OR OTHER HARM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL DURING OR IN CONNECTION WITH USE OF THE APP.
Venture tasks take place in the real world. You are solely responsible for your own safety and the safety of those around you while completing tasks. By using the app, you agree that:
When you submit photos, videos, captions, or other content through the app ("User Content"), you grant Venture a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and use that content to operate the app and its features.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
You may report content or another user that you believe violates these Terms, and you may block other users from your view. Reported content is reviewed and may be removed at our discretion, and accounts may be suspended or terminated in response to reports we determine to be valid.
The app, including its design, code, branding, and AI-generated task content, is owned by Venture and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
Certain features of the app require payment ("Paid Features"). All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a Paid Feature you have purchased, contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue.
All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Venture does not process or issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Continued use of Paid Features after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VENTURE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Venture and its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the app, your violation of these Terms, your consumption of alcohol in connection with the app, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
